01:50.62 J. Aundrea That sounds very cool I am into it Iām into it.
01:56.37 Bruce Anthony Thatās I just do that at my sister just you know, just now thatās the first time she heard about it. Yeah I think it is also was the first time she heard that Iām officially definitely gonna be down there the sibling sibling Christmas like I I knew I was come I but.
01:58.47 J. Aundrea He itās good damn idea. Yeah yeah.
02:07.10 J. Aundrea Yeah, itās been hanging. Itās been his has been hanging in the air.
02:16.10 Bruce Anthony Did you like honestly did you think that I wasnāt going to come. Okay, yeah, thatās how I do thanks and itāll be quick. Itāll be a quick visit. You know Iāll be down here I got friends down there probably wonāt have time to see him. Thatās okay, thatās okay.
02:17.92 J. Aundrea No I knew you were I just knew just be very very last minute. Yeah yeah, quick visit last minute. Yeah now. No, you will not.
02:35.39 Bruce Anthony Because Iām going down there to do the siblings Christmas it was gonna be a fun time. Something happened that was interesting last night
02:37.82 J. Aundrea
02:43.39 J. Aundrea Yes, thereās a reason why I am exhausted to right now. So Iām out with my dog. Everybody knows Tin Roney Iām out with my dog in the whole white world.
02:48.89 Bruce Anthony You want you want to tell the people about what happened sweetest little girl.
03:02.10 J. Aundrea Okay, and I look and I see a loose dog now I live in a hood loose dogs are not uncommon right? with this one had a collar and so I thought it was one of my neighbors dogs had gotten out. So I go inside I get another leash I come out lesh the dog up take them next door. My neighbor comes out. Thatās not my dog now this is a full Pit Bull Puppy Puppy Gorgeous dog, gorgeous dog and.
03:28.64 Bruce Anthony Red Nose puppy.
03:35.87 J. Aundrea Now I have her and itās too late Iāve leshed her up. Itās a winterās night Iām not going to now unleash her and just let her go. So so I take her home and Iām just like calling you in a panic like how do I find pet owners because at this point.
03:39.57 Bruce Anthony Right.
03:51.74 Bruce Anthony Yeah, your anxiety was.
03:54.91 J. Aundrea My anxiety is through the roof because Tenderony is territorial doesnāt like and apparently done like other dogs in her house. Even if as a puppy I thought she would have like some maternal instinct or some like a big sister energy and she was not on that type of time she was on demon time and.
04:02.67 Bruce Anthony A.
04:14.35 J. Aundrea Ah, so I had to keep them separate. Ah but you gave me some good ideas about like you know, post in different places and so actually um I posted on the ring app shout out to ring. They have a great app where you can connect with your neighbors who also have rings cameras and. Somebody reached out to me this morning I think I know whose dog that is then then that person contacted me. Did you find a pit bull with a red and black collar and I was like yep I did and so sent me some pictures and I was like come get her because I was nervous. I was nervous because if I could not find the owner for this dog I was gonna keep her because she was adorable but she was a pube and like a lot of energy running back and forth around the house I donāt you know Iāll know Iāll know.
04:50.87 Bruce Anthony Um.
04:57.90 Bruce Anthony Um.
05:09.20 J. Aundrea Yeah.
05:09.12 Bruce Anthony I Ladies and gentlemen out there. Ah may oh you sent me, you sent me a video Maybe Iāll attach the video to the the video portion if I remember the video portion of this podcast so that yāall could see this beautiful beautiful dog when you.
05:13.24 J. Aundrea M.
05:24.84 J. Aundrea Are.
05:25.62 Bruce Anthony Face time me and you said brother. What am I supposed to do with this dog and I I was like you have a dog I donāt understand how you donāt understand these basic things but anxiety.
05:34.63 J. Aundrea I was too frazzled. Yeah.
05:38.13 Bruce Anthony The anxiety will do that to you I do that all the time Iām like why did I make that dumbass decision because my anxiety was that all time high. This dog was so adorable. So cute I Told you I said look Iāll be coming down there next weekend If by that time you donāt have an owner or found an owner.
05:41.42 J. Aundrea Um, if yes.
05:53.20 J. Aundrea Um, then.
05:57.37 Bruce Anthony Iāll take the dog back with me because I was like and I donāt want a new dog I donāt but this dog was just adorable. Yeah.
06:01.76 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah, and sweet so sweet. Um, but the ah the dogās owner was a mom and son I think the son had to be about like 16 or 17 and ah.
06:13.79 Bruce Anthony E.
06:17.62 J. Aundrea I open the door theyāre coming down the driveway open the door and he just yells Tokyo which I guess is the dogās hurt name and the dog leaps into his arms Iām like oh thatās definitely his dog.
06:23.78 Bruce Anthony A.A.
06:31.70 J. Aundrea And heās almost in tears. He just runs up gives me this big bear hug while heās holding a dog and heās like thank you so much. Thank you so much and Iām just like if I had lost my puppy at Christmas like that I would be horrified and such.
06:39.62 Bruce Anthony Right? rights. But.
06:49.22 J. Aundrea A beautiful dog and a sweet dog like thatās easily something somebody would steal.
06:56.36 Bruce Anthony Easily somebody something somebody was still and I was having a conversation with a friend of mine earlier today about thereās been some dog thefts here in the DC area there was ah ah there was a case a couple of weeks ago I did it just now.
07:05.91 J. Aundrea You.
07:12.58 Bruce Anthony Ladies and gentlemen Iām sorry for the swallowing and sucking my teeth I will do if yāall got any suggestions that will help me with dry mouth when Iām doing this show. Please send me that information I apologize for yāall listen to the audio version I cut it out most of the time but the video people yāall just like Bruce can you stop doing that I wish I could I wish I could.
07:12.77 J. Aundrea Um, yeah is.
07:24.75 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, right.
07:32.32 Bruce Anthony Um, but we were talking about um the dog being being taken and this happened a couple of weeks ago and the owner that was a new dog for the owner that just got dog napped a couple of weeks ago in Dc it was a brand new dog that she and and.
07:42.23 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, yeah, yeah I saw that story.
07:49.18 Bruce Anthony She got that dog because she previously just lost a dog in a flood of the doy daycare in Dc so she got a new dog and then the new dog got stolen and then my friend was like oh was a french bold. It was a french bulldog thatāll be resold because thereās only 2 reasons to steal a dog is to resell him.
07:55.48 J. Aundrea Um, ah yeah.
08:02.61 J. Aundrea Um.
08:06.24 J. Aundrea Stop it? Yeah, so.
08:08.51 Bruce Anthony Or bait dogs for dog fighting and with Tokyo being a red nose pure pit and a puppy they would have tried to someietola would have tried to turn her into ah a fighting dog and if she didnāt if she didnāt have that type of aggression.
08:15.20 J. Aundrea Who.
08:22.93 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
08:28.90 Bruce Anthony She would have been used as a bait talk and and talking about that conversation with my with my friend. They were like yeah I still hate Michael Vick and I was like okay like you havenāt read up on any of the the recent information when Michael Vick got out of jail no Iāll never forgive him I was like because he like. Was working with the humane society. heā doing talks like like it changes like he he became aware of how he did something was was wrong. Did one eighty and completely changed I donāt know I was like well.
08:46.25 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, heās he.
08:58.30 J. Aundrea Itās Itās just so annoying that people allow growth in some areas and they donāt allow. Let me tell you some people donāt play about animals. They just donāt and ah they care about them more than they care about the rights of I donāt know marginalized communities. But.
09:06.20 Bruce Anthony No.
09:13.32 Bruce Anthony The.
09:15.91 J. Aundrea Um, ah tell you like they will go toe to toe about about an animal and they wonāt forget and Iām like heās really done a lot of great work ah around ah animal rights since you know coming into the realization or or. Yeah, being really thrust on him that these practices were inhumane.
09:38.98 Bruce Anthony Right? So I had to call her out and I was like well hold up you E Beef donāt you I was like because if youāre agitated with the dog fighting which Iām not gonna say was right? It was completely wrong. I donāt condone that. Love Dogs So I would never condone something like that. But if you paid attention to what we do to Chickens cows pigs right? just for us to Consume. We would feel ah a type of way about that and she was like yeah youāre right I Just donāt you just canāt mess with dogs. Itās like thatās only because the dog is a pet.
09:58.53 J. Aundrea Um, yes, exactly um.
10:05.90 J. Aundrea Yeah.
10:17.70 J. Aundrea Um, yes, yeah.
10:19.10 Bruce Anthony Right? She was like well I had a pet pig 1 time and I canāt eat pig and I said you canāt eat pig I eat everything from the rooted to the Tudor right? I eat the whole pig the whole pig I eat the whole pig so it was like ah right.
10:21.98 J. Aundrea Yeah, rooted to tutor holla I need to I need to ask cookie right? Lets general ask from boomerang the wonderful John Witherspoon
10:39.81 Bruce Anthony But so I was like yeah, donāt donāt be donāt be conflicted with this get learn about it and I mean you donāt have to give people grace if you donāt want to give people grace. You donāt have to itās that itās.
10:40.46 J. Aundrea Rest in power.
10:51.27 J. Aundrea My. Right.
10:59.77 Bruce Anthony Most of the time the right thing to do but um, you know? Yes, yeah you write.
11:00.95 J. Aundrea But Grace but Grace is a privilege is not a right? So you know if if you donāt want to give him grace thatās fine. But at least you know educates yourself on what heās been doing since then and donāt let 1 person you know 1 mistake define the rest.
11:17.67 Bruce Anthony Right? and less like I said on the on Tuesday episode lest they do some against kids then thatās unforgettable and thatās thereās no grace for that yeah, that yeah thatās just you you go to? hell you go straight to hell talking about.
11:17.95 J. Aundrea Of his life.
11:23.62 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah, thatās thereās Thereās no rehabilitation for that? Yeah yeah, double hell.
11:37.46 Bruce Anthony Humanity and Grace I on the Tuesday show talked about Kate Cox in that whole scenario I filmed it before the supreme court decision came down on monday.
11:38.21 J. Aundrea M.
11:49.79 J. Aundrea Are.
11:51.97 Bruce Anthony So it was even though the show released on Tuesday it was already a little dated because the supreme court had already made the decision and denied. Ah her ability to get abortion so she had to leave the state. Ah the people were like I want to hear what your sister think I guess my opinions wouldnāt get enough.
12:05.39 J. Aundrea Ah.
12:10.57 Bruce Anthony So they want and they went to hear what you thought So what do you think about all of that situation.
12:20.50 J. Aundrea Yeah, so basically the denial came because ah the prosecution argued that the medical exemption is for cases where the pregnancy affects the life or health of the mother.
12:34.83 Bruce Anthony In here.
12:37.72 J. Aundrea And in um, Kate Coxās situation. Her the baby itself the the fetus itself had a congenital a fatal congenital ah complications. Yeah, so I think the biggest.
12:48.43 Bruce Anthony Edward syndrome.
12:56.64 J. Aundrea Issue is the fact that this ruling first of all the the abortion laws. Thereās a thereās a few like overlapping ones and itās very itās very unclear what the actual rules are. The law is very unclear and doctors are afraid of you know, ah a felony charge if they perform an abortion they think is medically necessary and then a higher court decides that itās not.
13:20.51 Bruce Anthony Um, yeah.
13:27.86 Bruce Anthony Well I will say that the the supreme courtās ruling was saying that you know it doesnāt affect the health of the mother but it has sheās been in the emergency room 4 times. This.
13:37.38 J. Aundrea Okay.
13:41.20 Bruce Anthony Complication of this pregnancy can affect her to have children in the future. She has to right now she has a three year old and a one year old and she wanted to have this baby? um and she wants to have more children. So continue you on with this pregnancy. It does affect the long term health of the.
13:43.73 J. Aundrea Yes. Yes, yeah.
14:00.53 Bruce Anthony of of Kate Cox so I still donāt understand their ruling.
14:04.20 J. Aundrea So then thereās two problems with that is one. Theyāre not considering mental health when they talk about the life and health of the mother. Theyāre not. Theyāre not considering the impact to mental health. Theyāre only considering physical health.
14:14.74 Bruce Anthony Oh okay.
14:22.20 J. Aundrea And then the second problem is and this is what doctors are running into whereās the threshold for the health and life of the mother is now in danger. Are we waiting for the pregnancy for her to get so sick. That itās like beyond a shadow of a doubt and then possibly we might lose both of them or is it something where I know itās going to get bad later I deem it medically necessary now but a higher court says no she doesnāt meet whatever arbitrary threshold. Theyāve come up with. That says the thereās an effect for the life and the health of the mother. So oh.
15:02.80 Bruce Anthony Well Ken paxson the state attorney who weāve talked about him before on his crookedness. Um argue that it wasnāt affecting her health that much because she was released from the emergency room 4 times. So even though she had to go to the emergency room. 4 times already in twenty weeks so on average once every five weeks right sheās having to go into the emergency room for a medical condition because of this pregnancy but because sheās sent home. Ah, sheās okay, thatās thatās the argument of the state.
15:26.30 J. Aundrea Um.
15:29.45 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
15:36.70 J. Aundrea Thatās thatās like telling me my ankle sprain canāt be that bad because I keep getting up after I fall down like what what are you even talking about? yeah.
15:46.89 Bruce Anthony Thatās like men saying that cramps arenāt really that bad. How do we know? we donāt have any way to experience that pain. Thereās been where there are instruments that that that mimic it. But.
15:53.30 J. Aundrea He you do you do? Yeah, itās the is. Itās basically a ah electrical stem stem pads and they they put it on and you can it can simulate period pain and every time I see one of those videos.
16:10.50 J. Aundrea Men cannot handle it and then they put it on a woman and they crank it all the way up to the max and sheās like this is a Tuesday and youāre youāre operating, youāre operating you know one week out of the month for some women more.
16:16.69 Bruce Anthony I.
16:26.37 Bruce Anthony Um, so this is once again, a situation where men are making a decision for women when they donāt even understand whatās going on because how can they.
16:26.97 J. Aundrea Indabilitating crippling pain.
16:37.96 Bruce Anthony And les day unless thereās more instruments that are created for us to feel what a woman is going through during these situations we can never understand So once again.
16:47.70 J. Aundrea And and more men opting to to ah be tested on with these instruments like you have to opt in to want to experience what somebody else goes through. So.
16:58.53 Bruce Anthony Yeah, and now yeah, it will.
17:01.48 J. Aundrea Having people that want to opt in for something like that. But again at like historically well. A lot of people on the anti-abortion side make a lot of gaffes in terms of when theyāre trying to explain their position or rationalize something like a child being pregnant or things like that they typically step all over their cells because the anti-abortion argument is disingenuous just on its face. Because itās not about that. Itās about power and control. Itās never about the actual issue. Itās about so and division and about about power and control. So the what was it the Ken Paxton and his. You know, little comments are just reminiscent of a lot of things that we hear especially during all these hearings or um or or court cases. Peopleās arguments. Ah.
18:06.17 J. Aundrea Against abortion these are kind of the same comments that weāre hearing over and over with no medical basis. No factual basis. No scientific basis and itās just itās just a joke Itās a joke. Um I think. Her having to travel to another state to get the care. She needs is egregious. Um, but this year I read this statistic and it was very jarring so in 2020 there were 50000 abortions in Texas this year there are 34.
18:41.70 Bruce Anthony Sheās well for those people who are anti-abortion. They are a static theyāll say itās making the society better because those children have a life.
18:44.33 J. Aundrea Yeah, but what is that doing to society.
18:52.20 J. Aundrea In the air that.
18:54.36 Bruce Anthony Though They donāt want to put money into the programs to help these families that are having the children to give them the resources to give these children a good life because sometimes maybe whether you agree with it It or not people have abortions because they canāt afford another child.
19:03.40 J. Aundrea Right.
19:10.87 J. Aundrea Yeah, they canāt afford another child so you have now you bring in children and this world children who may be unwanted right? They come from. Theyāre born out of circumstances that were less than ideal and maybe unwanted you have children.
19:17.83 Bruce Anthony Here.
19:23.41 Bruce Anthony Earth.
19:28.72 J. Aundrea Who donāt have food to eat you have children who donāt have access the same access to resources as other kids you know the same access to computer and internet and all of that and a quality education. Okay, so what? what in what ways is society benefiting from curtailing access to abortion.
19:51.13 Bruce Anthony Their current their counter argument is who you can give the kids up to it for adoption look at the look at look at the adoption rates look at the children that are in foster care look at all that itās a legitimate problem I did a whole episode on it at the beginning of the year
19:55.67 J. Aundrea And now you have.
20:03.38 J. Aundrea Yes.
20:09.97 J. Aundrea M.
20:10.53 Bruce Anthony Go back and listen to it I had an expert coming in and talking about it. Um, you know these things are difficult and my main thing is keep your name out of somebody elseās business. It Ai nāt your business. It Ai nāt
20:18.94 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah.
20:26.27 J. Aundrea Um, right right? Ah, my body my choice period.
20:28.93 Bruce Anthony Your business. Period. Thatās what she said? Well weāre not done with conservatives. But this next topic is a little funny.. Thereās a sex scandal and the moms of Liberty weāre gonna get to that next.
20:57.61 Bruce Anthony Bridget Ziegler who is that well Iām a break it down for you ladies and gentlemen she is a one of the founding members for moms of liberty a k a daughters of the confederacy. Um. She began her political career in 2014 when her husband Christian Ziggler suggested she run for saratota saratota school board. The governor Rick Scott appointed her and then later on that year she actually won a 4 year term in that position. She was often agitated.
21:19.58 J. Aundrea And.
21:31.88 Bruce Anthony Because she was ah she claims only the one of the few conservatives on the school board. So her and a bunch of other conservatives on on that school board founded their own association called the correlation of the Florida correlation of school board members into and 2015 that was a conservative. Branch of the school board. What happened well that she was one of the leading people that were fighting for mass mandates in in Florida and specifically in Saratota Saraota County schools ah
21:52.00 J. Aundrea And go.
22:06.98 Bruce Anthony Thatās when you guys saw during the pandemic all these battles at school board meetings that spawned the moms of Liberty now ladies and gentlemen. What is the mom and lip moms of liberty. Well here are their key points. These are the key points that are described by the moms for liberty.
22:13.21 J. Aundrea The home.
22:22.47 J. Aundrea And go.
22:25.40 Bruce Anthony They advocate for parental rights at all levels of government. They aim to unify educate and empower parents to defend their parental rights I mean I guess that sounds pretty good at thatās at first glance, thatās this on paper that sounds pretty good right? It does sound unreasonable.
22:35.15 J. Aundrea On paper. It doesnāt sound unreasonable.
22:42.15 Bruce Anthony They hold decision Makers accountable or work to replace them with liberty mindded individuals now holding decision Makers accountable. Thatās thatās solid, right? but because you donāt like them. You get them replaced by Liberty minded. Keep in point keeping point this key word liberty.
22:48.89 J. Aundrea You want to hold them accountable. Yeah.
23:01.80 J. Aundrea Um.
23:01.86 Bruce Anthony Ah, they spread awareness and understanding of a limited role of government unless they need government Bailouts Ah they stand together against government overreach and intimidation tactics unless theyāre the ones doing government overreach or or intimidation tactics. Ah.
23:07.46 J. Aundrea To write.
23:14.84 J. Aundrea Listen I Want you to not oversee anything I do except some of the things I do but only the things I want you to look at but donāt look at this stuff just.
23:30.78 Bruce Anthony And we you know we gonna get to that in a minute. Ah they promote teaching the principles of liberty in homes and communities. Once again, this word Liberty I I Really donāt understand what this word means? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
23:33.29 J. Aundrea That stuff. Mm.
23:44.56 J. Aundrea Itās incredibly vague.
23:47.30 Bruce Anthony Ah, they engage communities and elected leaders on key issues impacting families Once again, thatās thatās not bad on paper on paper. Ah, engage is a very light word that I would say when they say that they engage communities. They now attack communities that they.
23:52.71 J. Aundrea It did on paper.
24:05.50 J. Aundrea M.
24:05.99 Bruce Anthony Ah, disagree with them. They ah activate the act they active Liberty minded leaders to serve in elected positions Liberty minded once again, what are they criticized for well I now Iām starting to understand what liberty means when you get to the crutch of.
24:14.77 J. Aundrea Yeah, what does that mean.
24:25.90 Bruce Anthony A lot of the things that they stand on and what are the things that they stand on or what are some of the things that theyāve been criticized for some of the things theyāve been criticized for is their stance on ah the mention of the Lgbt The lgbtq Plus Rights Race Ethnicity Critical Race theory and discrimination.
24:39.27 J. Aundrea Okay.
24:44.83 Bruce Anthony And any former school curriculum.
24:46.84 J. Aundrea Yeah, she is the ah mastermind behind donāt say gay bill.
24:52.71 Bruce Anthony Yep, Ah, so once again I guess Liberty stands for not the liberty to be who you want to be but the liberty to say donāt be who we donāt want you to be.
24:57.68 J. Aundrea No, it is freedom from otherness. Thatās what they want.
25:08.33 Bruce Anthony Thatās what they want right? because everything that they just said the lgbt q plus community race and ethnicity critical race theory which is not once again, it is not being taught through k through 12 Ah actually actually only really being taught in law school.
25:18.40 J. Aundrea Never never has been when they say critical Race Theory they mean slavery. Yeah.
25:27.47 Bruce Anthony Oh weāll get to that in just a moment and discrimination So basically anything thatās not white. Um that they donāt what you learn about anything. Yeah ah, multiple chapters have campaigned to ban books. Theyāre the ones behind abandoning their books and the libraries.
25:35.99 J. Aundrea White straight and white straight and christian.
25:42.42 J. Aundrea A.
25:46.10 Bruce Anthony Banning books that address gender sexuality for school libraries. They have been described as a far right? organization Thatās I mean thatās a easy description. They are far right? organization that engages but they engage in anti student inclusion activities.
25:53.10 J. Aundrea Yeah, at minimum.
26:01.72 J. Aundrea Yes.
26:04.16 Bruce Anthony Of course they do when you eliminate Lgb T Q Plus Students Race Ethnicity gender and discrimination right? and when you say weāre not going to address any of those issues. Then yeah, you are anti-student inclusion. They have also called for classroom censorship bannings on teaching of.
26:10.70 J. Aundrea Madam.
26:23.83 Bruce Anthony Hereās the key they have ban. They want bans on teaching about Slavery Race Race racism and lgbtq people in history.
26:33.87 J. Aundrea They want to erase otherness from history to promote assimilation in the present that is the whole agenda. Yes.
26:39.44 Bruce Anthony In here.
26:48.49 Bruce Anthony Whitewashed so when I said momās at Liberty Aka daughters a confederacy. This isnāt new. This is this is something thatās already been done and happened once before the daughters of the confederacy confederacy were daughters of confederate soldiers that felt like.
26:52.69 J. Aundrea Now. Yeah.
27:00.92 J. Aundrea Mother.
27:03.91 Bruce Anthony Their history wasnāt being told which by the way in America history the confederacy were traitors so I donāt really know why you would have pride in that if if if but people do but okay all right? Yeah so.
27:09.34 J. Aundrea Yes, the end. No but people do.
27:21.54 Bruce Anthony They sought to rewrite textbooks. Thatās the reason why in the south you would see a lot of textbooks that had slaves happy to be slaves and slavery really wasnāt that bad rewriting or whitewash a history moms to Liberty wanted to do the same thing. Yeah, right? no it was It was a civil war right.
27:30.37 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, itās is not the Civil Wars The war of Northern aggression. Yeah yeah.
27:41.33 Bruce Anthony It was the war of southern traitorousness all right now. Why did we bring all this up because I said it was a sex scandal earlier. Well so bridget and Christian the ziglars by the way Christian is a state G O P leader
27:47.58 J. Aundrea Yes, yes, mm.
27:59.39 J. Aundrea He is the chairman of the republican party of Florida.
28:01.19 Bruce Anthony Ah, yep, so they they like to get down when I mean by get down they like to have you know threesomes with another woman. They like to have a menagee twice. So um, they had a plan menagee tro.
28:10.21 J. Aundrea The menage a 12 all do 12
28:20.47 Bruce Anthony And Bridget canceled it. So the woman that they were Goingnna had to menageetoi found out Bridget canceled it. She said? yeah Iām not cool with that it either. So Iām a cancel it too. The accusation is that Christian was like what a hell with that Iām still you know I still want to do what I want to do went over to the womanās house anyway.
28:24.15 J. Aundrea Yeah.
28:39.23 J. Aundrea Yes.
28:39.88 Bruce Anthony Sexually assaulted her. So thereās a police investigation and during that police investigation Bridget admitted. Yeah Iāve had sex casiduual sex ah with another woman so that would make her part of the lgb t q plus community.
28:49.73 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
28:55.39 J. Aundrea Oh Iām sure not in her eyes. Yes.
28:58.71 Bruce Anthony Oh but she is so the hypocrisy of this this scandal and itās coming out and even Ronnie desanttos even Ronnie Desantos was like look I think she should step down from her post. Yeah.
29:10.53 J. Aundrea He said both of them should yeah.
29:15.14 Bruce Anthony Yeah, heās actually standing on something for once. Heās standing on something but yes, thatās a scandal I thought that was funny because the hypocrisy of weāre going to cut out anything that is in white christian because white christian nationalism is the big thing in the republican party right now in the Gop.
29:23.39 J. Aundrea Yeah.
29:33.80 Bruce Anthony White Christian nationalist means nationalism means us and nobody else and here here she is doing the very thing that she is putting other people down for.
29:36.75 J. Aundrea Yeah.
29:44.18 J. Aundrea Yeah I mean itās 2 things right? So one. Itās never about again this the same thing with abortion. Itās never about the thing right? Itās always about power and control and then of course in in what bridges eagleler is trying to do. Ah, in the Sarasota County Florida school board is like I said before promote assimilation. So the the the second thing is.
30:08.56 Bruce Anthony A.
30:17.55 J. Aundrea Iām trying to think of a way to how how I want to phrase it. So yeah because yeah, no because Iām trying to think of how I want to say it so it donāt sound.
30:26.31 Bruce Anthony Iām I had to edit all of this out because you were taking too long.
30:34.94 J. Aundrea Um, it.
30:39.39 J. Aundrea Yeah, so thatās 1 thing so the second thing is again still tied to assimilation and that is this kind of idea of like do as I say not as I do but it goes a little further because Bridget Ziegler and Christian Ziegler in public. Their public face right? is like this ah model for the type of assimilation that theyāre trying to promote in schools and so as long as on the face I appear to be exactly what. We want to they want to see right? White nationalists want to see sheās blond. Sheās thin. Sheās pretty. Sheās young. Thatās what they so as long as on the face I can be the face of this kind of um. Discriminatory movement. You think you could do whatever you want behind closed doors but let but listen, itās all gonna come out. Itās gonna always come out but thatās but thatās what youāll find like usually the loudest the loudest mom. Ah.
31:42.98 Bruce Anthony Um, all a look it all come out.
31:53.57 Bruce Anthony A.
31:56.13 J. Aundrea Betle Want to do with the most dirt they do because you are strong and wrong for what why you scared of being found out. Itās a cell. Itās a self-hatred thing she feels as though she should be this.
32:02.41 Bruce Anthony Um, because youāre scared of being found. Itās Itās just.
32:14.49 J. Aundrea Ah, model for whiteness and white womanhood and white parenthood. But yeah I got little freaky thing I like in a background right? So I want to make sure you know.
32:26.78 Bruce Anthony Um.
32:30.49 J. Aundrea I Want to make sure people donāt know about that So I am going to lean real hard in the opposite direction and how many times have you seen that very thing play out.
32:39.60 Bruce Anthony I think the the failing of a lot of people that do that they they come out I call them the school yard bullies right? If you go back to being in the school yard. There was always that 1 kid that talked real loud real brash. But whenever he was tested to fight. He didnāt really fight. He just talked louder and more brash hoping that he would scare you off because really honestly he was scared inside right? So thatās essentially what these people are doing. They talked the people that talked the loudest and thatās out here said we got fight against this and fight against that unless itās something thatās real criminal.
32:59.46 J. Aundrea 11 dead. Yes.
33:17.52 Bruce Anthony And itās Itās part of if itās part of these culture Wars type thing take a look at it because thereās a lot of people out there fighting against homosexuality but inside theyāre gay so itās they hate themselves and so.
33:19.58 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah, yeah.
33:29.92 J. Aundrea Um, yes, yes, yes.
33:36.46 Bruce Anthony When you hate yourself you lash out and thatās thatās all that sheās doing but but a lot of these this is not a fair comparison I am not comparing these 2 people Iām not let me say that on the front end Iām not but Martin Luther the king was a great man.
33:48.55 J. Aundrea Ah.
33:52.50 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
33:54.68 Bruce Anthony Preacher Christian living except for 1 thing he used to step out on correta a lot a lot. He wasnāt as well. He wasnāt as pure a heart as he portrayed himself to be and I say look.
33:59.72 J. Aundrea Um, this year well I donāt know if itās in a lot.
34:08.67 J. Aundrea Strike.
34:13.16 Bruce Anthony Nobody would have faulted Martin his message would have still resonated if he shown his vulnerability. Maybe even more so and so a lot of these people that think they need to have these perfect images.
34:19.74 J. Aundrea Yeah.
34:27.64 Bruce Anthony Nobody out there. Perfect people can identify more with the broken and the flawed than they can with the perfect we expire to be perfect, but all of us are broken and flawed so that Iām not comparing Martin Luther the king to this Bridget Ziegler Ziegler no way Iām talking at a larger context.
34:40.99 J. Aundrea Yeah.
34:46.84 Bruce Anthony How people try to portray these pristine images and nobodyās pristine. Everybody got their flaws. Yeah, but.
34:53.23 J. Aundrea Right? But ah, but ah, but again like what I said itās about the optics you know on paper they look like the traditional white American family that theyāre trying to promote themselves as and theyāre trying to get everybody to. To get as close to this model of what they think an American is or what an American should be.
35:16.82 Bruce Anthony Um, see thatās the thing and so what they think America should be I was talking to somebody about this and I talked to a lot of my friends I have a lot of friends at italian I I donāt know why that is but I have a lot of friends that are italian.
35:21.16 J. Aundrea Um.
35:32.12 J. Aundrea Um.
35:33.38 Bruce Anthony And I always ask them and Iāve said this before in the podcast. You know what do you consider yourself and I always know what what their upbringing was like and and who they are as a person by what they say if they say if their first thing that they say is italian they hold true to some of these type of of customs.
35:43.65 J. Aundrea Right.
35:49.48 J. Aundrea M.
35:51.86 Bruce Anthony If they first thing they say is Iām white. They hold true to some of these type of customs and a lot of what I hear is the the immigrants that would come over. Weāre trying to assimilate. Weāre trying to change their names and the reason why they were trying to do this.
36:01.33 J. Aundrea Right.
36:08.98 Bruce Anthony Is to get a little hold in that white privilege. Okay, they didnāt really I donāt know if they inherently knew that thatās what assimilation was but thatās essentially what it is assimilation into American Society is trying to put your arm around white privilege and benefit from white privilege.
36:09.23 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
36:28.19 J. Aundrea Now they definitely knew the the the interesting thing about America is that we say the quiet part out loud. So itās itās definitely ah, a known thing to align yourself with whiteness in this country if you want.
36:28.32 Bruce Anthony And if.
36:44.13 J. Aundrea Any hope of you know, having any kind of access or power.
36:46.63 Bruce Anthony And I will say I will say that weāre not immune to this as black people and more specifically in our family because our grandparents specifically name. The reason why my name is Bruce is because you donāt see a lot of black men named Bruce right.
36:52.69 J. Aundrea Now.
37:01.93 J. Aundrea Um, right.
37:06.21 Bruce Anthony Are and Iām ah ah named after my father but so our grandparents named their three kids names that wouldnāt if you saw their names. They have very American aka White sounding names on paper.
37:08.45 J. Aundrea 1
37:22.70 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, right? yeah.
37:23.48 Bruce Anthony So that they wouldnāt be discriminated against based on their names right? So even we have done that. But then again also sometimes we go the complete opposite direction and you see a certain name and on ah a call sheet or an application something like that you know.
37:38.11 J. Aundrea Me.
37:42.41 Bruce Anthony Oh cadija I know exactly who that is Karine I know who Kareem is Iām waiting Iām waiting to meet a white karee I would love to meet the white cream I met a white Jerome though.
37:45.80 J. Aundrea Um, yes.
37:51.55 J. Aundrea Yeah I mean Jerry Seinfeldās name was Jerome yes yes yes Iām positive itās itās a common that what did you think Jerry stood for that was sure for jerome.
37:56.83 Bruce Anthony Run did not know that just now learned something. Are you sure where you get that if itās his real name is Jerome Jerry or Gerald.
38:11.55 J. Aundrea No his name is Jerome Seinfeld I I want us I want us I want to say heās got a interesting middle name too. Yeah.
38:15.56 Bruce Anthony Ah, now it all makes perfect sense Now of course he would be a jerome.
38:24.48 Bruce Anthony If if his mill name is lall Iām Iām out of here if his name is Jerome Lalle sinel okay with I mean yeah near the end at the middle name but they named Jamal Jerome maybe thatās in it. No, heās jewish.
38:31.28 J. Aundrea Yeah, no, itās Jerome Allen Seinfeld never Mindd is Jerome Allen yeah yes heās jewish and very jewish so you know.
38:42.71 Bruce Anthony I was like because the a drome that I know is Italian Yeah I mean I mean I donāt know what that means but okay.
38:50.26 J. Aundrea I mean heās Jew I mean his parents are ah I wanted to start were they immigrants I feel like heās talked about that. Maybe not yeah.
38:54.92 Bruce Anthony I donāt think his I donāt think his parents were immigrants. Maybe his grandparents were that would make well yeah, that would make more sense at his grandparents. Ah because how old is Jerry his grandparents if they were if they emigrated here. They were.
39:09.62 J. Aundrea Um, ah probably six feet right
39:14.30 Bruce Anthony Definitely came over here because nazis going all through Europe. So anyway the point that we is back about to make Bridget Ziegler I just find it funny I love I hate and love hypocrisy.
39:19.10 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, probably yeah.
39:33.80 Bruce Anthony Itās funny to me. Itās funny when you get when you get called out for your own ish.
39:34.81 J. Aundrea Yeah, um I definitely think Christian Zeegler if these allegations are true or is disgusting and belongs underneath the jail um, and yes I definitely agree that both of themās just step down but not.
39:45.53 Bruce Anthony Yep.
39:51.17 J. Aundrea Not because she had a threesome I think sheās just stepped down because sheās a danger to all students.
39:56.33 Bruce Anthony Yeah, yes I would say the the scandal itself her part in the scandal aināt really a scandal right? like she you know thatās if thatās what you want do in your private life have edit I dont I donāt want.
40:05.63 J. Aundrea Thatās an yeah, yeah. Right.
40:12.57 Bruce Anthony Well sometimes I do want eyeballs into private life because Iām Nosey as hell. But I really donāt care what you do in your private life. But when you do something in your private life and and youāre attacking people on the outside for the very thing that youāre doing in your private life that is actually hurting other people.
40:16.22 J. Aundrea Just yeah, but.
40:28.92 J. Aundrea Um, right? So so you can engage in whatever activities or you can be a member of a certain community.
40:31.72 Bruce Anthony Yeah, you shouldnāt be any position of power.
40:44.75 Bruce Anthony E.
40:44.75 J. Aundrea Ah, closeted obviously um and still exercise your rights as a full citizen but because other people are out that theyāre not allowed to exercise their full rights and humanity and identity in Society cool. Got it. Youāre an ass.
41:13.56 Bruce Anthony Okay, Jay something funny happened this weekend at the top of the show I said the third segment third and final segment was going to be about people that are unappreciative of the gifts that are given so a friend of mine told me a funny story this this week it was his sisterās birthday.
41:18.50 J. Aundrea Ms.
41:24.70 J. Aundrea Okay.
41:32.32 Bruce Anthony It wasnāt a monumental birthday. You know I Iām one of those people that if it ends in a zero or five those are monumental birthdays except for 18 and 21 everything else is five and zero after it those are monumentsal birthdays if itās like 3 4 7 6 8
41:32.37 J. Aundrea Um.
41:38.76 J. Aundrea Right.
41:50.84 Bruce Anthony 9 those arenāt other yeah other numbers those arenāt monumental birthday. So this was not in monumental birthday. But they family threw a birthday party for his sister cake and the whole 9 so she has a dog right? and as a gift.
41:51.49 J. Aundrea Ah, other numbers. Yeah, yeah to write.
42:01.40 J. Aundrea Oh.
42:09.49 Bruce Anthony His girlfriend gave the sister a hundred dollars visa gift card. Good gift right? and then he got her this advanced kind of pooper scooper where itās kind of like a ah a long claw that goes down and picks up.
42:14.53 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
42:21.89 J. Aundrea Terrible.
42:26.24 Bruce Anthony Poop but then it wraps around in a bag so that you donāt have to touch any of it. Oh my God Why do you think thatās an awful gift. Oh ah, okay this lays gentlemen me and my sister are about to go at it so he gets this gift for a sister and.
42:30.28 J. Aundrea Thatās a awful gift. Go ahead, you finished you finished. Um, yeah, um.
42:45.54 Bruce Anthony She texts him and she says hey whereās gift receipt I Want to return this gift and heās like ah why this is a horrible gift. Itās insulting. Itās like itās insulting like how is this insulting. She just says itās insulting. Ask anybody not specifying why itās insulting.
43:04.79 Bruce Anthony I say that she says this to me and I was like thereās no way that she actually said that youāre putting one hundred on ten she didnāt actually say that shows me the phone. Thatās what she actually says Iām flabbergasted Iām like you know what you can do is go back and take that damn gift away from her.
43:14.72 J. Aundrea Um.
43:20.28 Bruce Anthony And then asked for the hundred dollar gift card cause you had to get her nothing at all. She should be appreciative of what she got but youāre over here stating that thatās a horrible gift. Why why? Why was she right in her reaction to that gift.
43:28.14 J. Aundrea It is.
43:35.51 J. Aundrea So 2 things 1 there is no one in the history of any time ever that wants a pooper scooper for their birthday period that is the dumbest gift.
43:39.30 Bruce Anthony E.
43:55.28 J. Aundrea It is so fought like why in godās name would you kiss somebody a pooper scooper. Thatās the second thatās the second thing 1 thing that I noticed that women.
44:03.31 Bruce Anthony They have a dog and they have to pick up the poop.
44:14.65 J. Aundrea And particular donāt like is getting gifts that are meant for something else and or meant for someone else and let me give you an example say you had a friend who just had a new baby right? And now itās your friendās birthday.
44:28.41 Bruce Anthony A a.
44:33.77 J. Aundrea And you give her as a gift this baby monitor right? Thatās thatās a terrible gift and Iām gonna tell you why you give me that for the childās birthday. You give me that for the baby shower.
44:38.69 Bruce Anthony Okay, okay.
44:53.12 J. Aundrea You Want to give me a poop or scooper gray Iāll have a birthday party for my dog and you can give it to me then but donāt make the gift thatās supposed to be for me and about me about someone else and I didnāt I used to be a perpetrator of this until a friend of mine who is a mom. Was like I always get gifts related to my kids and itās like people only see me as a mom. They donāt see me as a person who might want other things or be into other things so instead of getting her a gift. Thatās something that she would want or that she would like or thatās tied to who she is as a person maybe her hobbies This is that I am a parent to a dog. Thatās not who I am thatās not a Hobby I have a dog thatās a it was a.
45:41.00 Bruce Anthony I I hold on I I hear your argument and maybe if that was the only gift from them then that would hold some merit but they also gave her a hundred dollar gift card.
45:43.88 J. Aundrea It was not a good gift like it was just not good.
45:53.25 J. Aundrea She was not talking about that gift card. She wanted a gift receipt to return the pooper scooper.
46:00.30 Bruce Anthony Right? right? But so so she could have got whatever she wanted with the other gift there see I donāt I donāt even know why I brought this up with you and and and you know what? you know what lay Jim um, put yāall behind the scenes. My sister is a spoil brat.
46:11.70 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
46:16.41 J. Aundrea No nope.
46:17.29 Bruce Anthony Always has been the entire and our entire lives in it 1 year for Christmas there were more gifts for our sister than it was for me and my brother combined hold on let me finish. Let me finish. Okay, there were more gifts for.
46:27.69 J. Aundrea Yes, yes, complete that statement.
46:36.78 Bruce Anthony My sister then me and my brother combined and at the end of that Christmas my sister still had a complaint. Well okay, so we all had a budget and your stuff cost less than than our stuff thatās okay hold.
46:41.82 J. Aundrea Ah, come tell them. Why.
46:47.10 J. Aundrea Yes, a Barbie doll is considerably less than a video game.
46:52.87 Bruce Anthony Okay, but also you got all the Barbie dolls and you still werenāt happy that you didnāt get this specific Barbie doll. No.
46:56.91 J. Aundrea Well because they had set at listen mom has set a precedent that I would get a Christmas barbie doll and I didnāt get the Christmas Barbie doll that year I donāt know if it was sold out or what but it was like a tradition thing that I got this Christmas Barbie Doll
47:07.16 Bruce Anthony Can you.
47:14.76 Bruce Anthony Ladies and gentlemen ladies and gentlemen if yāall watching the video yāall gonna see my face during this whole conversation because Iām flabbergasted that my sister took this position but I should have known better. Were you admit were you meant to the people out there that youāre spoilt.
47:16.46 J. Aundrea And I didnāt get it.
47:21.71 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, no Iām spoiled but I spoil myself like I donāt ask other people to spoil me but listen.
47:32.21 Bruce Anthony But you but but ah and no, no, no Iām not talking Iām talking about your entirety of life.
47:35.50 J. Aundrea But this is not This is not a this is not about being spoiled because again when you give somebody a gift The most important part of that gift is the thought and intention.
47:46.12 Bruce Anthony Right? The thought and intention was I feel like this gift will help you so that you donāt have to put your hands in dog poop to pick it up.
47:53.59 J. Aundrea But is that something that I will want is that something that I would want stop getting people gifts you want them to have and get people gifts that they actually want.
47:59.73 Bruce Anthony Okay. I I donāt think this was a gift that he wanted her to have this was a gift that he thought was practical because she she could have made some comment I Hate picking up dog Poop. Oh I can get you something like this but fact of the matter is he didnāt have to give her anything she should have been so.
48:18.41 J. Aundrea No, he didnāt.
48:22.33 Bruce Anthony Why canāt she just be grateful for the fact that he thought about her at all to give her a gift. Whatās bare and minimum. We donāt get each other birthday gifts. Hell this is the first year that we gonna get each other Christmas gifts and thatās only because theyre we gonna be around each other because because I walked it.
48:25.57 J. Aundrea Because thatās like bare minimum.
48:37.62 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, but yeah, but thatās our um yeah, but.
48:40.95 Bruce Anthony Because I was like we we do a christmas gift. Yeah, weāre go do Christmas gifts check. Okay I this.
48:44.42 J. Aundrea Just small gifts. It aināt got to be literally I asked Adam for a pair of gloves like itās.
48:51.43 Bruce Anthony Well, you aināt asked me for nothing. You could tell me to get you something too instead of me trying to go in your Amazon cart to pick out some good pick out some draws. Thatās what you thats what say you know Amazon cart thatās something that you would get yourself.
49:00.56 J. Aundrea Thatās not got be helpful that that that doesnāt mean that thatās something right? but that doesnāt mean that itās something that I but thatās thatās a terrible mindset for gift giving I donāt and and and let me.
49:09.56 Bruce Anthony Well, if itās in your amber. No how if itās something that.
49:18.10 J. Aundrea Just be very clear I am an excellent gift giver you you and our brother are going to love the gifts that I got you nap? No I got everybody got 1 thing gifts as in the the two gifts. So.
49:20.77 Bruce Anthony You are wait hold on gifts. You got us multiple gifts or just 1 thing just gifts. Okay, all right all get okay, they okay right.
49:37.66 J. Aundrea Um, youāre gonna why because I got something that you would actually want that you for you I got something for you I didnāt get something for somebody. Youāre dating and yāall can use it and do the no I didnāt get something for something. Ah I got something for you. Number one I thought about it I Thought what is something you would actually want to have that you might not get yourself I put.
50:05.48 Bruce Anthony Well, if itās in the Amazon cart that means you thinking about it that you havenāt got it yourself. So that means I can get it right.
50:10.79 J. Aundrea Let everybody put that I might have draws in my amazonic Ill a cart like that does it right? but you know but I mean they might be in there I donāt know like but Iām just saying like Iām saying that.
50:14.74 Bruce Anthony I was joking I wouldnāt buy you draws. Thatās just thatās just weird I wouldnāt do that. It.
50:29.66 J. Aundrea I Really hate lazy gift giving I Really hate the I mean because itās like donāt do it at all If youāre not going to do it right? and now he might have had the best intention behind the pooper scooper is still a bad gift.
50:32.88 Bruce Anthony And my.
50:39.60 Bruce Anthony And.
50:47.85 J. Aundrea But he might have had the best intention behind that he can explain to her his intention if he wants to he canāt just let it if he canāt just dead it if he wants to just be like hereās the receipt. Do whatever you want Iām not gonna buy you nothing again. Heās well within his right to do that? yeah.
51:00.89 Bruce Anthony And thatās what I told him and do I was like just donāt get a nothing ever again and she did not appreciate it See my thing is if I take the time to get something for you Obviously I I got it because I thought it would be for you. How you perceive that gift I canāt. I Canāt read the future I canāt say or I know how youāre going to react to this gift I just thought about you and got this gift Iāve gotten a lot of bad gifts in my life but itās the thought that counts for me, youāre saying no, itās not the thought that counts itās the gift that counsel.
51:25.90 J. Aundrea Yeah, yeah.
51:34.41 J. Aundrea Iām saying it is no no, thatās exactly the opposite of what I just said it is that it it is the thought and intention and what is you need to get a person a gift thatās a for them.
51:39.70 Bruce Anthony And no I feel like youāre saying itās the gift that counts.
51:49.50 J. Aundrea You just bought her a gift for her dog.
51:50.10 Bruce Anthony No wait a minute. Howās that for a dog.
51:58.16 J. Aundrea Poopers like who would buy that for somebodyās birthday. It donāt you are invoking the image of dog poop on my birthday.
51:58.62 Bruce Anthony But hold on I didnāt tell you itās a poop or scooper. Itās got like a itās a handle that has a little claw to pick up the pooper and it it mattered. A. Guess what she had to pick up dog poop on her birthday anyway because her dog pooped on her birthday. So The image was already. There. We just trying to make it easier for her to pick I said we heās just trying to make it easier for her to pick up the dog poop I donāt if somebody bought me a ah ah a pooper scooper like that Iād been like man this is. This is cool because Iām getting tired of putting my hand in a bag and then picking up my bare hands now. This is automatically does it all for me.
52:39.97 J. Aundrea Thatās what you think because I know that there are so many dads out there that are tired to getting nest tie and draws set for fatherās day I Know thereās so many dads out there that are sick of getting power tools and all kind.
52:48.84 Bruce Anthony Now they might like the power to what.
52:57.42 J. Aundrea No I know thereās I know that thereās so many moms out there that are fed up at them same grocery store flowers. Every motherās day. Sheās a because sheās allergic to flowers.
53:04.75 Bruce Anthony Well I mean well look aināt nothing wrong with as as long as youāre not allergic Ai nāt nothing wrong with grosto floor ah floor arrangements I I used to get them. You know every week and have them in my place.
53:21.99 J. Aundrea Well, thatās actually lovely. But thatās that thatās not that here nor.
53:23.10 Bruce Anthony And my loveate there I did it specifically because I was dating somebody and they liked it and I was like well no thank well Iām gonna kill the flowers anyway in a week. So I just go buy some new ones and be different colors and but like oh this is nice I glad I know itās nice because Iām a player about my bi.
53:32.70 J. Aundrea Ah, yeah, try.
53:41.41 J. Aundrea No I think I think I think thought and intention are extremely but they are extremely important, but itās just sometimes where people and Iām sure your friend genuinely thought this would be a good gift.
53:42.77 Bruce Anthony But from silence.
53:59.87 J. Aundrea But there are just sometimes where people are just a little tone deaf and that happens even with the best intentions.
54:05.92 Bruce Anthony Art but you think she was right to just be like yeah this is bad gift. Itās insulting. Ask anybody.
54:14.24 J. Aundrea I think I think she was wrong to not explain herself. Yeah, yeah, yeah I would I would have been like you know I appreciate that gift card because clutch. Ah.
54:20.35 Bruce Anthony It was through text message too when I read that text message I was like look you text her from me that I say Kiss my entire ass.
54:32.00 J. Aundrea But you know I just feel like the pooper scooper.
54:33.93 Bruce Anthony Why do you even have to say anything in the moment. Why canāt you bring this something up like that down the road. Why does it have to be right here next. She texted them. Ah it was when did this happen. It was the beginning of the week
54:39.96 J. Aundrea It sound like she is she texted him.
54:51.40 Bruce Anthony If it ah not saying these are the days and times. But if her birthday was Saturday she texted them on one day. So like why canāt that happen like in February just oh by the way anytime you give me a gift just for future reference. You could bring that up.
54:54.76 J. Aundrea Um, yeah, so.
55:04.61 J. Aundrea So arbitrary How how am I supposed to know which date is right for you to hear criticism about your gift giving.
55:10.80 Bruce Anthony No, but.
55:13.44 Bruce Anthony Fact in the matter is I donāt think anybody should give criticism when anybody gives him a gift because donāt anybody got to get you anything you donāt you donāt you donāt have to accept.
55:21.36 J. Aundrea Yeah, but you donāt have to accept everything and if and if and if I feel like you did a drive by on a convenience store for for valentineās day but you had because you have forgot.
55:39.84 Bruce Anthony Thatās something different. Thatās that is very different than than Iām Um, yeah, you got me.
55:40.29 J. Aundrea Ah, half donāt care. Itās not different. Itās.
55:45.29 J. Aundrea No, you give me a pooper scooper for my birthday. Itās like have you met me today. Youāre my brother. Do you even know me.
55:53.51 Bruce Anthony See I would have thought thatād be a good gift for you because I mean you got a whole yard.
56:00.12 J. Aundrea Um, and and what I would have said is whyād you give me a gift for the dog.
56:03.20 Bruce Anthony Well, but see you look at it as for the dog I look at this for you because youāre the 1 pick up the poop. The dog Ai nāt picking up the poop. They donāt make no sense to me all right? Okay, what men men are from Mars women from venus.
56:10.20 J. Aundrea Itās not thatās land with this. Itās a dog gift. Itās not a man thing. Itās not a man thing because again, itās the same thing.
56:20.44 Bruce Anthony Another example.
56:24.60 J. Aundrea Ah, men a titter them ugly ties yāall be buying um dumb ugly j c penny ah Macyās Time Draw set silk satin time draw set stop buying those they donāt like them and they donāt wear the ties.
56:30.44 Bruce Anthony Um I I donāt know every woman Iāve dated that ever has given me a gift and or not even women that I have dated women are just my friends that give me gifts. They always give me great gifts. But then again Iām also just always appreciative that anybody thought it be to give me a gift.
56:42.63 J. Aundrea Yeah.
56:49.17 Bruce Anthony Iām just appreciative. So maybe thatās maybe thatās the reason why I have a problem with it because not everybody has to get you something so somebody takes the time out of the day to get you something I feel like you should appreciate that because I appreciate it.
56:49.22 J. Aundrea I I.
56:54.78 J. Aundrea Is it is it. Is it appreciative is it appreciative or are you just accepting what youāre given.
57:09.45 Bruce Anthony No, itās appreciative like itās cool. You thought you thought enough of me to get me something. Yes.
57:15.22 J. Aundrea But did they because thatās gonna be reflected in the gift just the act of getting a gift doesnāt mean that you thought about me when you got it and thatās the point.
57:26.72 Bruce Anthony Okay, say for instance, this 1 time everybody everybody that knows me in my circle knows that Iām addicted to chapstick and chapstick is actually not good for your lips. It dries them out. Itās a repetitive thing you get addicted to it.
57:37.23 J. Aundrea Um.
57:41.19 J. Aundrea I will chapstic and I will never die so Hill I Die itās a he lot.
57:45.99 Bruce Anthony Yeah, itās not.. Itās actually not good for you. So a friend of mine got me lipbomb and I was like did you go out to go get this or did you get this cause you got something else and these are samples that that you just got and then I thought to myself I donāt care because even if they were samples that you got from some else you thought enough. Of me to know that Iāve been trying to find a way out of chapstick so you gave me this fancy Lip bomb.
58:10.27 J. Aundrea Yeah, thatās extremely thoughtful So youāve just proved my point. This is.
58:16.85 Bruce Anthony No Iām saying I didnāt know it I didnāt know if she got it because she went out to go get it or she bought something else and these were just samples that were that were given to her because of gifts that she got herself.
58:28.59 J. Aundrea It doesnāt matter how it somebody could make me a gift. It doesnāt Thatās thatās um, itās about the intention and the thought she thought and Iām saying that there are sometimes where people have.
58:30.96 Bruce Anthony So you you you losing me on all of this I donāt I donāt understand his intention and thought was.
58:46.15 J. Aundrea Pure intentions but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Ah as sometimes your gift can be tone deaf and you need to take that criticism because if youāre gonna go out here.
58:53.14 Bruce Anthony Um.
59:03.41 J. Aundrea And take the time to buy gifts people be intentional about it. Be thoughtful about it. Get them something for them and that they would actually want.
59:14.25 Bruce Anthony You know what? damn it now Iām now Iām stressed out about your gift for Christmas Iād rather you just tell no Iād rather you just tell me. Ah yes I have.
59:17.27 J. Aundrea You should be but you have known me for 39 years okay and if you canāt buy me a gif at this point I really donāt know. Yeah.
59:31.48 Bruce Anthony I can buy nobody it gifts I suck at give it gifts I just be like tell me what you want didā and well I mean he got a whole girlfriend I Guess you know she felt that I donāt know I.
59:35.68 J. Aundrea So he was the wrong person to go to with this. He should come to me and I would have told him immediately I know exactly what sheās talking about and what did the girlfriend get her.
59:51.90 Bruce Anthony You know what I havenāt talked to him since then and I told him that Iād be talking about on the show. so so Iām sure I will get some feedback when next time I see him on that note Jake what do you have to tell people out there because Iām getting hot and Iām getting mad.
59:54.12 J. Aundrea Yeah, okay.
01:00:08.40 Bruce Anthony Want to end this show. Yeah I by the cuss youāre out on there.
01:00:10.37 J. Aundrea Ah, ah well ah Iām gonna end on a sad note but ah Andre Brower or Captain Holt on Brooklyn nine nine passed away from lung cancer. He was one of my favorite actors definitely top 10
01:00:21.24 Bruce Anthony Oh yeah, chatter.
01:00:29.40 J. Aundrea Um, and I just have loved all of his work for pretty much my entire life and so itās very sad rest in power ah to Andre Brower and thanks so much for listening to us like the the growth that weāve had in the cup and like just the last two months bananas
01:00:45.52 Bruce Anthony Yeah, no, its this? Yeah we you know we are here growing yeah Captain Holt was cool I liked his character I liked his I liked his acting and glory glory is is. Thatās the first time I saw um.
01:00:48.59 J. Aundrea Yeah. Yes, yes, he asked.
01:01:00.70 Bruce Anthony and and I was like oh he can act. Yeah I saw that and then it was ah Sutton but I guess it wasnāt sutton something he had been dealing with. We just want to remind everybody out there. Weāre taking a hiatus but weāre coming back. Jane war the second itās gonna be a compilation of different stuff. Itās gonna be a disjointed.
01:01:01.94 J. Aundrea Yeah, um.
01:01:20.20 Bruce Anthony Entertaining Ninety ninth episode of just shenanigans.
01:01:22.74 J. Aundrea Um, which is which is essentially how you would describe a hundred percent of our episodes together.
01:01:26.90 Bruce Anthony Now itās not a hundred percent of our episodes is 100% of the first segment of our episodes. Okay, so if you like daily daddling itās gonna be a whole lot of deadly dialing on that ninety ninth episode and then the one Hundredth episode is Goingnna drop on January to fifth.
01:01:32.29 J. Aundrea Right? yes.
01:01:45.43 Bruce Anthony What are we doing I still donāt know yet how so so we go figure that all out when with during this hiatus to bring out something a little special for the one Hundredth episode yeah weāre braintor weāre bring weāll bring something together. Ah but on that note j.
01:01:48.80 J. Aundrea Um, yeah.
01:01:51.23 J. Aundrea Yeah, who who brainstorm will brainstorm.
01:02:02.49 Bruce Anthony But you want to tell the people out there.
01:02:04.36 J. Aundrea Again. Thank you thank you for ah whatās the word I use rocking with us thatās right because I was about to say that Alice but said f word. Thatās what I say on the after hours and I was like.
01:02:10.79 Bruce Anthony Rocking with us him I got to get I got to give you yo sign off I know you tired. Yeah, we canāt do that. Thatās what we say on at hours you can say that now.
01:02:20.96 J. Aundrea I was like thatās oh who thatās not it. Thatās not the word. Yeah, but you could tell him tat.
01:02:24.26 Bruce Anthony And on that note, thank you for listening. Thank you for watching and until next time as always holla.
